Delaware Christmas Tree Farm - The Longhany's

I am one lucky photographer!

I get really really good looking clients! This one happens to be my family.  And they are a happy one at that.  They have to be, Happy Genes run in the family. ;)

 The Longhany's

Laughter is always beautiful!
Betsy (My Aunt) & Ron started dating 4 years ago and recently finalized their love on paper in July of 2013.

Brooke, Jared, & Kyle

HOLY Gorgeousness, Cory & Brooke!  I call dibs right now on future wedding date and baby pictures.  Keyword for her father - future, not now.

 Ron's children, Brooke & Kyle

Get it hotttt mama! (she's probably going to hurt me for putting these pics on here - but I love them)

Brooke - I just have no words, just that you fell out of a gorgeous tree not the opposing ugly one.

My baby cousin, Jared (Betsy's son) -aka- Handsome.

So happy these two found one another.  True Love.

Ron's TopGun, Kyle.

Again, DIBS. That's all I'm saying.

Handsome hiding in the tree farm. Found him!

These two have such a special bond. Love them with my whole heart.

Brooke found her tree! He's a keeper. :)

I can't help but say they are one good looking family.  I told you I'm lucky. I'm proud and thankful that they are a part of my Happy Genes family.  A fun and affectionate family, a perfect combination.  We made the best of our full sun & windy day at the Christmas Tree Farm on Thanksgiving morning!

Love you all very much.  Looking forward to our next Holiday together already.

Downtown Dover Romance - Shawn & Alexis

Cuteness overload.

Shawn and Alexis wanted to have their photos taken in celebration of their 1st year of dating Anniversary.  He even surprised her with a beautiful promise ring.  Isn't that cute?? Seriously come on. Beyond adorable! Oh to be young and in love!!

These two are so loving to one another and show such kindness and adoration for each other. Both supportive of each others future and driven to be outstanding in their own lives. Honest to goodness true love right here. AND they were naturals for the camera.  :)

Never lose this feeling towards each other.

 Traffic Stoppers

Love the way he looks at her.

Alexis, you are so beautiful. Inside and out.

Beautiful Colonial Downtown Dover

Reminds me of..."Life is like a box of chocolates"

 Never short on affection.

Are they not like the cutest couple??

<3

I wish you two forever lasting love.  Never lose that "thing" that you two have, it's organic and one of a kind. Keeping moving forward but never lose focus of your love.

Delaware Christmas Tree Farm - The Fausey Family

I am so in love with my JOB.  I just am so happy I get to capture these moments with and for people. I work hard at it too. And I am proud to do so.

I was so excited when Alexa contacted me about photographing her family, as I knew they were a handsome one at that. We honestly could not have had a more beautiful day in November.  Here are a few favorites of many from their session on the tree farm.

I swoon over their gorgeousness.

My favorite in between moment.  I feel like I was a spy.
Just love seeing Bob & Alexa laughing at one another.

 They found their tree.  :)

Here is the adorable Preston making his appearance in the family photo.

Alexa's handsome boys, Ryan & Grant.

Handsome guy, Grant.

Happy Genes right there!

Alexa's stud, Ryan

Brotherly love, right boys? ;)

Laughter is beautiful. For real.

Alexa, seriously, thank you for sharing your family with me for the day.  It was a beautiful day for a beautiful family photo session.  Enjoy.

Fall Family Mini-Session, Delaware - Shaun, Holly, & Alex

So happy to post this lovely couples photos on the blog.  I graduated with Holly in High School and thanks to the wonderful world of Facebook, we have been able to keep tabs on each others lives.  You know, facestalking...  ;)

I noticed how extra happy Holly has been since meeting the wonderful Shaun.  She even said to me that just when she had given up, there came along Shaun into her life.  So sweet.

I also had the pleasure of photographing Shaun's beautiful daughter, Alex during this session, for some pretty amazing Daddy & Daughter shots as well.

The happy and adorable couple.
The sun was shining through the trees at just the right moment.  So gorgeous.

Here is Shaun's pride and joy, Alex.

Just so sweet.

Happy Genes?  I say it is so!!
Loved Holly's flats!

Another one with that gorgeous sun peeking through the trees.

The beautiful essential fall family photo.
Sorry Shaun but I love the blanket.  ;)

Love the smile on his face.

Holly, thank you for sharing Shaun and his beautiful daughter with me.  So happy we were little adventurers in the woods for the evening.  I had a great time and you even witnessed me being the spaz that I can be. ;)

Delaware Engagement - Bob & Rebecca

All I can say about these photos is that they made my job so easy by being so happy in love and a gorgeous couple to boot!
I'm so excited for the both of them.

Love the way he looks at her.

I LOVE this so much!
And being that Rebecca made it, makes it just that much more special.

Those eyes.  I DIE.

Just had to show off that sparkler of hers again. Good Job Bob! ;)

Love love love the way he makes her laugh.  It's beyond adorable.

You two are just a GORGEOUS couple. For real.

I'm melting.  Give me some marshmallows already and
let's sing love songs around the campfire.

Ok, I have to leave this with another one of him making her laugh.  <3

I seriously wish you two absolute happiness and love in your future together. So happy that I was the one to capture these photos for you.
I had a great time guys!
