Farm Museum (Wonderland) Engagement, Felton, DE - Rachel & Robert

I honestly do not even know where to start with this session!  We had the joy and privilege of visiting a beautiful farm right in my own hometown of Felton.  It was a gorgeous location, a dream location really.  We walked and talked for a solid two hours in between shots and admiring all of the beautiful scenery, I was so lost in the dreaminess of this couple and our location. Rachel is amazingly sweet and Robert, well, Robert is hilarious.  He makes Rachel laugh so much, it is just such a joy to see her face light up. They are so in love. Robert is so thoughtful and gentle with Rachel, it is beyond adorable and heartwarming. Of course because of his hilarity, it was hard to get him to be serious, it may not look like it from the photos, oh...but it was.  We even found out that Robert is very afraid of snakes, I had to practically beg him on bended knee to walk 25 yards around a snake that had already disappeared to take a photo. ;)

I am so very happy for these two. I can not wait for their wedding day because I just know we will have the best time with these two.

Huge shout out to the owners of this beautiful farm, we are forever grateful for allowing us to use your gorgeous property. :)

Oh, btw...Rachel can give some killer (good) looks.

Those eyes. That skin. <3
^ Snake was hidden right around here ^
Oh gorgeous light, how I love thee.

Robert also may or may not have been chased by a bull....

See you on October 11!

Ross Boys - Father's Day surprise, Felton, Delaware

These boys and their mama wanted to surprise their daddy with photos for the upcoming Father's Day.  Of course one of them spilled the beans...haha...go figure with four boys I'm sure its hard to keep anything on the hush and hush.  Nonetheless, I am sure their daddy will be so super happy to see these happy smiling boys.

So lucky we were able to venture out through the woods to find this lush field of green.  We had a fun hour to capture these smiles before we lost the sun into the clouds and horizon at sunset.

You have a beautiful family, a true blessing. Happy early Father's Day to Daddy Ross!

Wyatt has gorgeous blue eyes and he was such a kind and happy boy.

::Confession:: I may or may not be slightly obsessed with Lane.
He is such a little sweetheart.

Gahhhhh. so cute.

Colby was being so sweet to his little Lane.

Blue eyes.

Colby, the big brother, epitomized every sense of the meaning behind big brother.

Grayson, oh Grayson, I'm surprised we even caught you
on camera as you sprinted around the field nonstop.
The energy of this boy. I'll take a helping of it.

Gosh...he is just the cutest little button.

Thanks for spending time with us boys! It was so nice catching up with a dear friend, Denise (their mama), too!

My cousin, Dianna - Felton, Delaware

I don't even know where to begin with my cousin, Dianna.  She's a whole lot to handle and if you looked up competitive in the dictionary, her picture would be there, and she is too smart for her own good. But when you peel back her many layers, she is a huge softy. And she loves my son Rocco so much. She refers to Rocco as her "perfect boy." The love she has for him makes me love her that much more.

I enjoy what time I get to spend with her when she is not busy with law school studies. (I tell you what, she is going to be one TOUGH lawyer.  No joke.  Glad she is on our side. Oh, she is going to be that pretty one too.)  So as soon as she had some time in between exams, we snuck in a little photo shoot to surprise her mom with at Christmas.  I've been waiting to post these photos because I knew Aunt Connie checks my blog, as I did not want to spoil the surprise. ;)

Dianna also brought along their dog Bailey. Such a great boy!

Of course I have to put one of Rocco and her in front of our Christmas tree in the mix. "Hey, perfect boy" - as she would say.

Dianna, I just want you to know how much I truly do believe in you. Never waver when the moments get to be too much. Just keep focused on the end result.   Proud of you and love you.
